Jennifer had a great time joining our friend Mahyar Ghassemian of Ghassemian Law Group, APC at the Provisors Orange County Real Estate Affinity Group meeting to discuss how environmental issues affect real estate transactions. The group of real estate professionals participated in an interactive discussion to assess possible risks, how liabilities attach, when to be cautious in transactions, and the group even shared knowledge about lenders' risk tolerance.
