“Split the Check, Please”

Dr. Adam Love and Dr. Chase Gerbig of Roux Associates presented the webinar “Split the Check, Please: Dividing Cleanup Costs Among Potentially Responsible Parties” for the California Lawyers Association’s Environmental Law Section, which Jennifer moderated. Dr. Love and Dr. Gerbig discussed the stages of allocation, from identifying costs to responsible parties, and offered case studies to illustrate how costs were apportioned based upon technical data and legal concerns.
